Coach Development
A practical pathway for educators and coaches who want to teach chess effectively and create positive, structured, and inclusive learning environments.
Coach Development prepares educators and emerging chess coaches to support students at different stages of learning. The program combines chess instruction with practical coaching methods, helping coaches understand not only what to teach, but how to teach it.
Training focuses on lesson structure, communication, group management, inclusive coaching, and creating environments where students can learn with confidence. Coaches are encouraged to reflect on their practice, share ideas, and continue developing alongside the students they serve.
